I brought in my 2003 Honda Element to be checked for an engine light that had come on and the car had started stalling repeatedly.
The service was outstanding, courteous, and efficient. My car was in and out in a day and runs like a charm. The problem had been thoroughly examined and addressed. It was all explained very clearly to me.

Fast turnaround time
I drop my vehicle off on a Sunday night to be look at that Monday morning. The repairs were completed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up that Monday afternoon. Car wouldn't start and alignment was off.
My car wouldn't start on Tuesday and I had to have it towed in. Professional Automotive came highly recommended by a trusted friend so I was more than comfortable leaving it in Mikes hands even though I had never had it serviced there before.
The evaluation came back days sooner than their schedule originally predicted and through a series of very fortunate events, the guys had it fixed by the next day.
Mike kept me informed the entire time, the pricing was incredibly fare and the service was beyond professional.
A great mechanic is hard to find when moving to a new area so I'm glad I finally found mine.
I highly recommend Professional Automotive!
