Transmission failed after 800 miles

Had my transmission done there. Was impressed at the time that they were able to do it so quickly 3 to 4 days. I drove on the transmission 800 miles and it went out and it's worse than when I first brought it there. When I first contacted Steve the owner he told me not to worry we would do the right thing and he would take care of it. I took four days for me to get a hold of him after leaving a message and not being called back, and $200 later on rental car fees only to be told it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get a transmission to where I'm at. I had no idea doing the right thing would take so long? You can buy a transmission at AutoZone and have it shipped within 24 hours. Steve the owner also said he had a core at the shop that would work for my truck, and how much do you want to bet it's from the transmission they took out of my Ford when I first took it there? When on the phone he tried to blame it on the fact that I towed a travel trailer. The facts are I towed the trailer one day on March 1st 400 miles, it's a 16' cadet ultra light, weighing around 2,200#'s and besides the warranty says nothing about towing anything. And yes I can prove this at the park I'm at, with neighbors, security video etc. The transmission didn't go out until a few hundred miles later. I will be looking into a fair and reasonable amount of time for a warranty to be honored and I will update this review as time goes on. I'm in a very rural area I'm 54 yrs old, paid them in CASH, and reading the reviews over the past year, bad business practice seems to be standard here?
Steve last week you said you would do the right thing, so do the right thing. it shouldn't take that WEEKS. You said you were busy working when I asked how you were, this should be your top priority you should be busy working on taking care of this customer who feels like he's been ripped off. WEEKS? I will not be put off for weeks.
