They have had my vehicle for over 4 months to have a remanufactured engine installed. This still has not been done even though I paid for the job in full ahead of time. They still have no idea when my car will be finished and refuse to communicate with me in a timely manner. I have been forced to pay out of pocket for a rental this whole time and now going into the summer months, the car rental prices are now almost double. They originally told me on March 14th, my car would be finished by the end of April 2025.
