avid, the body shop manager, is well-versed in his work and has very good customer service skills. He was able to answer many questions I had about the significant damage and repair work needed on my Highlander. He was very cheerful about providing lots of answers. Too, he took it upon himself to push the work through on my car, when we found out insurance was dragging their feet providing necessary information. I had no way of knowing otherwise my car was just sitting on their lot, not being worked on!
