ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE FOR YOUR VEHICLE
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this shop or trust Mark Primeaux to work on your vehicle by any means. This guy has had our vehicle over a month to change a motor and we got the vehicle back in worse shape than it was before he had it. Not to mention he was paid 6,000 in ADVANCE to get the work done . There is no form of communication what so ever, you have to track him down to get any kind of update on what’s going on with our vehicle, that’s if the secretary doesn’t give you false information. His word is ABSOLUTELY meaningless. No one is on the same page there what so ever. He will give you his word and make you feel okay about him working on your vehicle but take it from a family of 6 who desperately needed our vehicle fixed who's now screwed out of 6000$ please save yourself stress, anger, and peace of mind and DO NOT take your vehicle here . I’d trust a meal cooked by Jeffery Dahmer himself before trusting anyone at Primeaux Brothers to do any work on a vehicle again. If I could put lower than 1 star I would .

He is a money, hungry crook
Mark primeaux I thought you would never do that to me my insurance company paid you full amount for the job and I called them and ask them why I owe you more money than my deductible and they said I don’t owe you nothing I am done with you people out there. If you see this do not bring your vehicle to him, he will rip you off like he did me all he is a money hungry crook bring your vehicle somewhere else.

I would never recommend Mark Primeaux‘s he is a lying and thief he steals from his employees and customers by not paying them when the go defferent ways but must of all don’t trust what he tells u because it doesn’t stand

Owner full of excuses full of lies
Dear Mechanic:
Since u have blocked my number.......
By LAW you owe me an itemized receipt; 4 xs I have asked u for it; 4 xs U have denied me.
You lost the key to my car replaced it with the cheapest u could find.
You also lost a piece of my dash board & now claim that's how u picked it up, unbelievable.
Claiming to be a disciple of God, professional and owner of a mechanic shop. I paid u 1,840 u charged me $1,100 in labor.
U returned my car in worse condition then before but u had the nerve to bad mouth my first mechanic.
You kept my car for 68 days but promised it within a week if I paid u upfront. Paid & Now 68 days later u have blocked me unwilling to work with me oh least I forget u threatened to press charges on me if I texted u again; however, you owe me the final itemized bill. I owe you not a damn thing.
Ladies if u live in ERATH and your car has broken down on you before u make this mistake and end up like me inbox me before u decide on a mechanic please!!!!!
