Just bought a car
This is the worse dealership to buy a vehicle from. I just got my car not even 2 months and it stops on me because of a recall that wasn't disclosed. When I got the oil change for nothing( didn't need it), they wouldn't reimburse me and wouldn't pay to get the car towed to fix it. When I called Ms Smith and her supervisor( Larry something)he actually got an attitude. Really bad experience!! Do not shop with them!!!!

Excellent customer service, and speedy repair!
Saturday 9/16/23, while traveling from Dallas, TX to Oxford, MS to visit my son (a freshman at Ole Miss) the turbocharger on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson failed. We diagnosed the problem late that day, and we made the decision to drop the vehicle at Pride Hyundai in Batesville, MS on Sunday, 9/16. The team at Pride took it from there! The vehicle was ready for pickup Friday 9/22 as requested, and we were able to return from Dallas that day and pick up the car over the weekend! Given that we live almost 500 miles away, everyone at Pride was very understanding of our situation. We cannot thank these guys enough for helping us through a very challenging situation. We highly recommend this business!

Fast and friendly service
I had a scheduled appointment for regular maintenance. I had a doctor's appointment earlier that morning. I received an injection and my foot. I arrived at the dealership earlier than my appointment. After I explained my situation there was a rush put on my service. So grateful!

Could have been much quicker
They changed the diagnosis three times on my repair. I was lucky the third one was truly the problem. It took all day for this too and was not ready when they told me it would be.

Loose oil plug
My experience is usually great but my last time there having my oil changed they forgot to tighten the oil plug and I lost a quart of oil. The good thing is that I paid attention to the oil leak and called them. I had to take to the nearest shop because I wasn’t able to drive that far to have them correct. They did give a free oil change after apologizing.

Horrible Service
Has had my car for over a month (05/10), gave me a run around and finally told me after weeks of calling that they had no paperwork of my car being there. Finally located it on the lot and still no work has been done. Here it is 6/29 still can’t even get an update. Absolutely dissatisfied, 0/10

Poor Customer Services
This dealership is a joke! If I could give them a zero I would . The never does what I schedule the appointment for ! Emily use to give you the paperwork letting you know what was all done for today. Then at your appointment if you need anything extra she’ll let you know. Not now! All they want you to do is signed and leave ! I have been waiting on a part for my car for 3weeks no one as given me and eta on the part! I had to call and asked what was going on!!!
