Had an appointment for a check engine light on and Friday afternoon. They took my car immediately and I waited in the very well situated waiting area. They quickly got me an estimate and worked with my budget. My car was ready when promised and everyone was very nice

When a problem arises they schedule quickly as possible. They keep you updated on what is going on. I also like the fact that every time your car is serviced it's cleaner than when you came in. Everyone is friendly and I like their snack center while waiting for my car to be serviced. I appreciate the followup afterwards.

Oil consumption in my Tucson
I was having to add a quart of oil about every 500 miles. I took it in for an oil change & they overfilled it. Took it back & they removed some. We are doing an oil consumption test for a second time. Waiting for results. They are being helpful.

2017 Tuscon Engine Failure
Fair service. Engine failure with 67,000 miles. Seems to be a problem with several model years once I researched the problem. Never received a recall notice. Engine was replaced; however, it took four weeks to complete. If you hear a knocking noise no matter how slight take it to your dealer.
