Absolutely excellent experience…
A different shop told me certain items needed to be replaced on my 2019 Ford F150. I gave that list to Fox’s, got their quote and went ahead with them over the other shop. Fox’s called me and told me I was given bad info and one part did not need to be replaced, it saved me $1000! We definitely appreciate honesty and integrity and sadly, it’s rare you find it these days. We will absolutely use Fox’s again, they did an excellent job.

Fast and Honest
I came in because NTB broke one of my tire sensors when they installed my tires (they lied about breaking it too).
This shop got me in, let me take a look too confirm my suspicion, and got me outta there in 30 minutes. Bam. Unfortunately, the new sensor wasn't registering right. So I brought it right back.
They figured it out and got me out the door in 15. Thanks fellas!
I'll be back.

Fox is quick!
Fox Auto center was their for me when my car misbehaved. They were recommended by a friend, so I forgot to make an appointment. However, they took my car and was able to deliver my car that same day, fixed and running very well. Very impressed, I was, and my car thought so as well. :)

Terrific Repair Work
These guys have really outdone themselves in the repair of my suspension (struts - front & rear, wheel hub and bearings - rear) and engine replacement of my 2009 Toyota Matrix S vehicle. The car performs better than when it was new.

Acceleration and braking is superior to previous repairs by other repair shops.

Hats off to Fox Auto Repair mechanics and Oscar.
