I'm local to Fremont and bought 3 cars at this dealership. The 3rd will be my last, after the level of assistance I got from Phillip Thap, and Esteban Yanez concerning a gap claim on the 2nd vehicle. They basically hung me out to dry for 5 month while my gap insurance gained traction and paid out. Despite buying a new car with them, following up on my gap claim was of little to no concern for them or the double car payments I was dealing with while it remained pending. All information from Nissan conflicted with what gap insurance holding company stated from what forms were faxed and emailed to even what was on invoices, when this was address forms were deemed "too blurry" and needed to re submitted. I will most likely look into a BBB claim this was handled so poorly.
