I live in NC and called about a car trying to get the out the door price. I was told that they couldn't give me that over the phone and I'd have to come in. From NC? I said I would have the car shipped and obviously I would need to understand pricing. They would not. This tells me all I need to know - they want you to go there so they can bait and switch you. Nothing is upfront. Steer clear of them.
