We were illegally told by Rory Renzi, a registered tier one offender in Virginia, that we were required to buy a warranty contract for $4,350 in order to finalize our financing. I would stay away from this seller as their salespeople are not following ethical and legal sales practices. They also over charged us $2,000 above the listed price on their website, and added a $1,500 appearance protection charge. We were not made aware of this until several days later when we were emailed the TILA documents. We have attempted to reach out via phone, text, and social media outlets, but have been ignored or insulted. Premier Automotive has been reported to the OAG, MVDB, BBB, and we have contacted lawyers to get our $3,500 back. We are still waiting for our $4,350 warranty charge to be refunded to the loan through Ally.
