Sara said it took 2 weeks to get an appointment with this business because they had to order parts. When she got her vehicle in they only had one of the parts, which they installed. They still have her vehicle, she is without one, still waiting for the other part. She added the work they did on the one part was good.
Harmony said the business wasn't expecting the vehicle, it broke down and was dropped off on Sunday with a note and the staff contacted on Monday and told what the problem was and it was fixed by Tuesday. They are really honest.
