Poor manners, avoid at all costs
While the front desk staff was courteous and welcoming, my overall experience at this dental office was disappointing. The dentists themselves were noticeably impersonal—failing to offer a basic greeting before launching into unsolicited treatment recommendations. I felt pressured into considering procedures, including a root canal I had neither requested nor discussed prior, with a tone that came across as both condescending and aggressively sales-driven.

The owners, who I believe are a husband-and-wife team, struck me as cold and unapproachable in their manner. A warmer, more respectful approach—especially with new patients—would go a long way toward improving patient trust and comfort.

I also couldn’t help but notice the building’s exterior, which unfortunately gives off a somber, almost funeral-home-like appearance—not the most welcoming first impression.

After about ten minutes, I chose to leave. Given my experience and similar feedback from others, I cannot recommend this practice. I would strongly advise exploring other options for dental care.
