Spoke to Josephine's daughter. She said her father knew the previous owner, but the business has been sold since then and they stopped by to talk to them. She said Tim was very nice so they had him do the service, this was their first time there and she had nothing but good things to say. She added good service, very nice people, and she enjoyed the work they did.
I took my car in for an oil change and I was greeting by a very pleasant office manager, Kelly. My car was taken in immediately by the owner, Tim Gibb, who changed the oil and I was on my way.
