AC not cooling
I took my car in at 11:00 on a Saturday and I had it back by 1:00. The coolant sensor was replaced and my AC is blowing cold air again! I couldn’t be happier. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly.

Fast, Professional and Quality Service
Precision Automotive has a great reputation online and was able to repair my vehicle fast when the dealer couldn’t for weeks. Open and honest communication was given throughout the repair process. I think I found my new local auto repair facility.

Oil Change and Tire rotation and balancing
I had an 8am appointment, my Buick Enclave was taken to be serviced approximately 5 minutes later. I waited while my vehicle was serviced and was out of there about 65 minutes later. Very pleased with the service and the cost.

Problem with battery terminal
I recently had a new battery installed and was told I needed to have the terminal replaced because it was badly corroded. I called and the gentleman said I could bring it right in. There was no waiting and within approximately forty-five minutes my car was repaired. The service was fast and they where very friendly and helpful.
