I took my vehicle in for a transmission service. The tech advised that my front drive shaft was at the point of failure. The service manager Pete called and explained in laymen's terms what was going on with the vehicle, what might happen if the drive failed, and gave me the price. The part came in right on time and the vehicle was back up and running in 4 days. When I picked up the vehicle, the office was calm and quiet. A technician walked through and looked content, not harried. It is a small gem located right in Endicott, and I will continue to trust them with my vehicles.

Service done quickly and on time.
In addition to performing the requested service on my BMW, recommendations were provided to address future needs. Recommendations were clearly explained. All this was done in a professional manner.
I have gone to precision for maintenance and service since I purchased my Cooper. There is no local dealer for Coopers and actually Cooper USA recommended Precision. The very few times the check engine light came on during warrenty they provided me with a computer printout as to what it meant and whether it was something the dealer needed to fix. Warrenty has since expired and I would not go anywhere else for service.
