Excellent customer service today.
I remember the first time I took my car to Precision. When the car care was complete I intended to pay with my credit card. The lady at the front desk entered my credit card multiple times however, I (myself) had trouble with the pin. My bill was hundreds of dollars(a fair price for the car service that I received that day). Feeling sad and certainly embarrassed I ask the owner if he would allow me to go to my home to get the money. Imagine how glad I was when he said yes. I am an African American woman who asked this man who is from a different culture than I if he would allow me to drive my car that he repaired away from his garage and to return with hundreds of dollars to pay for service received. I ask for some help and the owner found it within his heart to trust me. I returned within 45 minutes with the cash money and i paid my bill in full. This brought tears to my eyes and joy to my heart. You never know who/ whom you may have to ask help from. The owner of Precision is a fine man with kindness within his heart/soul and he has a great knowledge about cars. I have shared this story with many a person. Some believe it and some don't. I would highly recommend Precision to any car owner. Glenda
