They did exactly what they said they were going to do prompt and on time.
I went in for an oil change and some freon because my car wasn't getting cold.
They let me know that my compressor was bad so instead of adding the freon and letting me go a couple of months and then coming back to work on a compressor they told me they wouldn't add the Freon because it wouldn't do any good and would be a loss of money so I thank them for that for being very honest.
