First Time Customer
I found Precision Auto after a failed appointment with another shop. When I called, I was surprised to be actually speaking with the owner, Mitch. After a few minutes of talking and providing details about my truck, he was able to schedule my truck for repairs right away. I was able to do off my truck right after work the same day I called. I met Mitch when I dropped off the truck which was Wednesday and he guaranteed I will get my truck back in a couple of days after I mentioned I really need it this weekend and I did. Mitch called me in between the days to let me know about other parts that needed changed which made sense to me since i bought it second hand and I'll be more at peace knowing i have new parts installed. I picked up my truck last night (Friday) and I met the mechanics who worked on my Truck. Tony and Rodolvo were very professional and kind. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the service and outcome of my truck's repair. I was charged with a very reasonable amount for parts and labor. I would highly recommend considering Precision Auto Care for your vehicle repairs and services. Thank you Mitch and your team.
