Poulsbo Mount Vernon Bad service
We dropped our Allegro Tippin at Poulsbo right in mount vernon, WA. The motorhome was having back up camera problems. Malaga ordered the part through Tippin and told me it was back ordered. After it sat there for 2 month I decided to call Rippin myself. I was told they fed eyed the part to Poulsbo on June 30, 2025. I called Makala to see wha5 ahe had to say. Their were no windshield wipers to fit our motorhome so she didn't send it in for repair, left it just sitting in the lot. Wow.... with all the rain we are having how could anyone even consider going camping without new wipers! She was too lazy and stupid to call and let us know. Guess she wasn't the person missing out on camping in July and could care less. Just there to collect a paycheck and do nothing for it. I hope she gets the same kind of service when she is a customer. Maybe they need to replace her with someone with good customer service. If I didn't call Tippin it would have been sitting there another month. Guess I should of stocked it and camped in their parking lot waiting for the fed ex truck to deliver my part. Then run in the building and put there until they got it into the shop. Or not and plan on camping in November. What's a little rain and wind when you want to hike and have a bbq!. I think the manager there owes me an apology and explanation. I have already told one request friend about the "great" service I received. I didn't know she booked her rv in for service until I brought this up. She is taking it elsewhere., which I think is a great idea. I plan on telling alot more of my rv friends.
