BioHazards
I have never wasted so much money so quickly then I did at Poulsbo RV. Less than 18 months after we bought our trailer from them, it's a falling apart biohazard.
When we initially went to pick up our trailer, not only was it not ready, but add-ons we had purchased weren't installed and the inverter was bad. That was fixed soon enough, but only after multiple emails to the service department and our salesman allowed us to actually pick it up at a time convenient to us.
15 months later and the trailer may well be a total loss. Even though we took it to Poulsbo for winterization after owning it for only 5 months, we've had significant water intrusion that resulted in huge amounts of mold taking over the carpet under the dinette, in addition to a cracked skylight, the inverter broken AGAIN, and a warping front facade.
To think that on our vacations and weekends in State Parks, my family was breathing in mold spores due to the slipshod product that Poulsbo RV sold us for over $30k is disgusting. Avoid Poulsbo RV at all costs - their products are garbage.

Service department rude, damaged the van during repair and would not take responsibility
We brought in our camper van for multiple repairs, including A/C replacement and other service. The person we dealt with was Scott, he called and told us that the service found a hole in a hose we just replaced at another service dealership less than a year ago which did not leak when we dropped the vehicle off, needs to be replaced. When I told him there must be a mistake, he said it had a big hole and he can show me when I come to get the vehicle. When we came to pick up the vehicle we noticed that there was paint scratched off from the awning cover area of about 4"x5", quite noticeable as the area was silver (paint bare) and our vehicle is grey, this craped paint was not there when we dropped off the van, when I pointed it it out, Scott told me that I had no proof that it happened there, although I showed him a picture taken the same week we dropped off the vehicle which did not have the damage. Furthermore, we were never on the roof of our vehicle and there was no other way how the damage could have happened without someone going up on the roof. He immediately became passive aggressive and told me that he will find out how much a new cover is and they can repair it but we have to pay for it. Never even considered taking responsibility for the damage. Although we spent nearly 6k on the repairs at Poulsbo RV in Kent, we received only this intimidating and rude behavior and will never return back to them. Very disappointed by the service we received.

A negative or positive experience - always who you're working with....
Deciding on a class A motorhome during the covid mess, we finally made it to Poulsbo RV, Kent. Met up with Eric Duncan (sales), Jason Thiel (sales manager) and Kate Cooper (finance). We initially looked and test drove a diesel pusher, then a class A gasser, finally a class C, Wayfarer. Focused on only one brand, Tiffin, we went full circle....wrote up a contract on a diesel pusher and the long drive home, suffered from buyer's remorse. Heavy buyer's remorse. Called Jason the following morning, no issues regarding cancelling of the contract. A few days later, Eric called us on a new arrival of a shorter Tiffin. Concerned this coach would sell if we delayed (good RV's are selling like good homes these days. Quickly! If you see something that matches, buy it!), we drove up asap to take a look! Glad we made the effort as this was the coach for us!
As first time rv'ers, this was a very pleasant and positive experience for us. If there was ever a need to trade the Tiffin in, we'd return to Poulsbo to trade or consign and we would highly recommend the Kent store for all rv shopping needs and service!

Please don't even stop at Poulsbo RV. Pay attention to the honest reviews
My husband and I checked out a motor home that we liked but wanted a day to think about it. We were pressured to put down $1000 to hold it with a guarantee that it would not be charged to our account. The next day we felt like it was not a wise purchase so we withdrew our offer. We discovered that they charged our account. Again they told us we would get our money back within a week.
It has been five weeks and several messages later and we still don't have our money back. The finance officer will not return our messages and the sales person we dealt with assured us he would set it right.
Please, please consider other places to buy an RV. These people are not honest. This is our second attempt to give them the benefit of doubt and both times were failures on their part. Also, do NOT buy into their extended warranty. You can get other premium warranties at other dealers for 1/3 the cost.

Professional and Best Customer Service
We finally decided it was time to upgrade from tent camping to RV camping. Our enthusiasm and excitement over our decision was overwhelming. The first purchase of our first coach did not go so well. After many challenges, and return trips to the service department, Scott Twomey stepped up and offered for us to trade in for a different coach. With the assistance of RV Outfitter, Jonathan Kitchel, we were moved into a 2015 Tiffan. Not only did they make the trade in more than fair, but, they also upgraded the furnishings within the coach. The coach looks, feels, and drives like brand new.
We have never worked with a company that went so far "above and beyond" for customer satisfaction and gratitude.
Thank you Poulsbo RV and especially to your professional staff for getting us moving forward to a positive RV'ing experience.

Great Customer Service
We recently purchased a new 5th wheel from Poulsbo RV in Kent and our salesman was Jeremy Cramer. 100% of our purchase was done online and Jeremy was excellent in providing pictures and answering any/all questions we had. The day we took delivery, the service department was also excellent in doing the walk through showing us all the unit had to offer, and how to work everything. A few years ago we had a horrible experience in purchasing from a dealership out of state and were hesitant to purchase again, but Jeremy and the staff at Poulsbo RV Kent made us feel right at home and were professional in every way.

Tiffin Sales
Tiffin prices 20-30% more than any other dealership. Sales Department totally dishonest. Sales led by Dishonest Dave Nelson. Lieing Chris Dunmire cannot be trusted.
