Unethical conduct and poor service
They repaired my car but I was paying for additional parts that I told them had already been replaced a few months before and were still under warranty. I tried talking to them but said I had to pay and call the guy tomorrow. So I did. Then I got the run around, call backs, and was even on hold for over 30 min before I decided to go to the dealership where I was able to talk to the service manager. They gave the whole speel again then was told it wasn't under warranty because it had non oem parts. BS cuz they all had vw stickers on them, I have the removed parts to prove it, I asked for them back which they didn't know. Then they asked if car was working properly, I said so far, and then asked what they could do to make it right(after the guy had already offered a couple of oil changes for free cuz he remembered after the fact and said it was a miss communication). I said I only approved the passenger side parts and not driver side and would like to be compensated. Hey then asked if I would like them to break my car? My unthinking response was not if you want to live. So at this point he says I threatened him and I was to leave. So we both called the police and because it is considered private property I was trespassed. So they are allowed to provoke, threaten, and scam as per all the other complaints and no one does anything. I will be leaving lots of reviews, calling corporate, call better business bureau, and so on. This kind of thing I have never had to deal with and is utterly disrespectful, ridiculous and someone should definitely look into the service department for unethical conduct among other issues.
