Pop's Boy Auto Service Experience.
My Toyota Camry has a slow leaking air tire, and the tire pressure light was on, added air but the light will not go off. Took it to Pop's Boy store #1702, Scenic Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia. Here we go:
1. The technician could not find a leak, ignored the tire pressure light, and said it was the cold weather, so there was no need to fix anything.
Fact: One tire was leaking air. two tire air pressure sensors were bad. Changed to a new tire and two new sensors the next day.
2. Meantime, they did an oil change.
Fact: Next day, I found a pot of oil on my garage floor under the car engine compartment. I took it to the nearby Goodyear auto service. They found the bolt of the oil drain tank was not tight, it was leaking oil.
How many stars will you give to this auto store?

The work was cheap but I know why
I mean he did a reasonable job. It was hard to stay in contact with him. It would take a while to call back. He didn’t grab new parts and just grabbed from a junkyard and charged me for a new part. He was very rude but I guess for the price and the way the place looks it was okay.

Everyone said blown head gasket 1900-2600 bucks Rob found it was simply mis fire needed new plugs and same sensor. Picked it up today $250 runs like a beast. He is very good and honest. He's my new guy for all my needs
Everyone said blown head gasket Rob found it to be bad spark plugs and some sensor. All other mechanics said 1900-2600 bucks. They were all wrong. It was not coolant. It was burning fuel because no spark. $250 . Unreal this guy is very good and honest. He's my new guy for all my service needs. Thanks Rob

You dont have to wait long for an appointment. Krystle his wife sees to the scheduling and answers any question a person would have
Such fast and friendly service. Rob who owns POPS takes care of his customers explaining what needs to be done to a vehicle in detail and why. Very truthful won't rip you off like other places. I am extremely happy with my experience at POPS and I will absolutely bring my car back for service.

Kind and honest people
I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. This is a family owned business and Rob is very honest, efficient and reasonably priced. The whole experience was a pleasure. I’ve taken two vehicles there for services and I couldn’t be more pleased. Both Crystal and Rob are very nice people. This is the way your neighborhood mechanic should be.

Great Honest Mechanic
Pop's Auto is always my first choice for a mechanic. Rob will always be straight up and honest with you and always do an amazing job. I have never had any issues with them and I strongly recommend them to everybody that I know having automobile issues.

Bed Cross rails replacement
Pop's auto repair did a very good job replacing the cross rails on my F-250 pickup truck . The job was done fast in one day . Very professional and I think he know what it's doing
