The owner Louis is a fabulous mechanic top notch. The people that work for him are slackers. Especially his meatball brother Jimmy. If you're going to get your car worked on make sure Louis is the one working on it.

Very dissatisfied
We are deeply saddened that Poppins has turned out not to be the auto care that it has been for years. We’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Staff are very rude and not communicative. Would not recommend this business any longer. Which is a shame. We love to support Whiting business. But now I’m forced to find alternatives to auto care.
Spoke with Jerry. He said the business does a great job with the quality of their repairs, their pricing, and their response time.
