This is the second time I’ve used Plaza. They’ve done the repairs in a timely manner and the communication was great. I believe as long as you understand that your vehicle is not the only one in the shop and small unforeseen problems can be run into, you’ll be ok with trusting them to get it done asap. I knew they would need a few days to get it done and the price given can go up from a few cents to $1000 depending on what parts and labor are needed after diagnosis, and even when Andrew said it “should be done by end of day” I told him to keep it another day if needed. Did not expect them to wash and vacuum it because it’s not a high end dealership but that was definitely awesome of them. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them to be repaired and serviced.
