Worst experience
I brought my Outlander PHEV to Platinum Mitsubishi for the first service (Sept 11, 2025) and since then my car has had several new issues—reduced mileage, higher RPM, wipers not adjusting in rain, car going to gas with full battery, camera popping up while driving, and cruise control shutting off with a collision sensor warning.

When I returned to report this, the service advisor dismissed the issues before even checking the car, repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and even implied I was lying. Staff were laughing while I tried to explain, which was extremely disrespectful. I was also threatened with a $540 charge if the issues were “not found” and left without shuttle service.

I’ve sent a full complaint but received no response yet.
