Wouldn't buy if I didn't have to.
If I didn't have to buy a car, I would never buy a car paying over MSRP. Customers will never forget how the dealerships treated them when the times were tough. I really hope the manufacturers start selling cars online, so that I never have to walk into a dealership ever again.

This is Mario the General Sales Manager from Platinum Hyundai of Tracy. I received your survey and understand your concerns and frustrations. Due to the current market and inventory constraints... the market adjustments follow due to the market demand. We are currently carrying about 15% of our "normal" inventory and hope that this will get better in the near future. We research the market and try to be the best priced in our region. With us being a stand-alone, family operated store... we understand how important it is to be competitive and transparent. I also, read your concern about the wait time for finance... I understand how frustrating that must have been. I will definitely have a meeting with my finance managers to help improve that process.
