Excellent Service and Staff
Platinum is reliable and communication is key, they also let you use there loaner vehicles while yours is being fixed. My car needed a muffler fixed, sway bar fixed which was still under warranty and a oil change which all took less than a day, I will definitely be back to get my transmission flushed. I personally think 5 rating is too low it's more like a 10+

Friendly professional staff, took the time to listen and drive with me so they could hear/ feel the issue, no surprises and straight up info, I felt they were knowledgeable and I was comfortable with their info and diagnosis and handling/ treatment of my truck. Issue was fixed with luckily the best case scenario procedure.

Very professional
I would definitely go to this place again. Staff is friendly, professional, and thorough. They provide detail diagnostics to allow you to make a decision on what you would like done to your car. No pressure. They also give you realistic estimates on when something has to be done (ex. In the next 30,000 miles) if you choose to wait. When I picked up my vehicle they had it ready with the ac blasting so I felt like I was getting into a new car.

Excellent Auto Mechanic
Platinum Auto is consistently fantastic. The staff are helpful, polite, and friendly. They clearly communicate the work they are doing and recommending and I have never felt take advantage of. The work is high quality and they are accommodating and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Water pump leak IDed and replaced
