I contacted Plainfield Automotive to let them know of a problem I have with some squealing in my car. There are times when I would accelerate and the car would just make a ton of noise and times that would hit the brakes on the car would make a ton of noise so I was unsure what it was. Thomas assured me it was just my rear brakes and some belts that needed to be tightened. I have 175,000 miles on my car and I take very good care of it, however when that kind of noise starts to happen I want to make sure that I am taken care of. Thomas and Dolores were essential to figure out what was going on and very nice about what I needed to spend. I will visit them again and again. They are my new mechanic.
