Warning! I had to take my GMC back to them 4 times for the A/C, 2 times for the power steering hose leak, 3 times for a coolant leak & so far the only thing they repaired once that works is the hub assembly & only time will tell if it works properly. I was charged full price each time with a discount on freon & charging the system once even though it was under warranty, a discount on power steering hose once under warranty & 6,000 miles & finally after spending $6,569.43 & $360 in fuel taking it back & forth, I was given a discount on the coolant leak. They replace big ticket parts vs starting small -ex. replacing water pump vs replacing coolant seal, thermostat bypass, & water outlet pipe. Not friendly when you return with the problem they never repaired in the first place. I commend Robert for doing the right thing with the last discount, but it almost took an act of God to get it. Take note that they only warranty major parts ex. A/C compressor & charged me labor & freon 3 times, power steering leak 2 times, & attempted to charge me for coolant leak twice!!! You be the judge before you go there. Do you really want to go through all of this?
