Should Have Been Nice
Been on this auto repair shop for 3x. Gabriel was fantastic and very courteous, but Chris the owner wasn't. He's rude and sarcastic. As a person who doesn't know anything about car mechanics and as a customer I have the right to know if all the parts that I asked to be replaced where really placed and that by checking of the old parts that were removed from my car. And he said "well you can grab those parts that were removed and bring them home, that just means to show that you don't have trust on us", saying "gago" (stupid in English). Well I'm sorry if I have a trust issue, but I am customer and I do have the right to ask if I can see those old parts. I might be wrong but is it not totally right to ask. Will never go back to them anymore. I just feel so bad because we are both Filipinos. God bless you Sir Chris!
