Coolant leak from engine area
Called last Friday 4/11/25 to get a schedule of today Monday 4/14/25 @ 9am. Dropped off for a coolant leak @ which they diagnosed & was able to get repair done in same day for me to continue working in work truck with minimal down time. Great service with a knowledgeable staff that gets it done , Thanx again Ryan for the quick service. Will be taking my personal vehicles when needing work done in the future!!!

Amazing flexibility, transparency, and honesty
I recently had a car that had been sitting for a while after it was stolen that was really special to me from my father worked on by them I got a flyer in the mail saying they offered towing so I called and it’s quite substantial savings to have it towed by them you get a shop price I’m not sure what the radius is I’m thinking 5 to 10 miles but they’re in Midtown so that covers a lot upon completion of my services which were very well priced and competitive and when I told them the tires were a little steep they actually went and searched for something just as good but a little bit cheaper and it was a great price I was in the hospital And had an open bill for a few days and they totally worked with me we’re totally understanding when I got out of the hospital they came and picked me up and my service dog lol drove me to the shop a few signatures and a very fair payment later and my father‘s car is back on the road is still smells like him even after being stolen and I can’t tell you what it means to me that they took such good care of it purr like a kitten smooth quiet they even put gas in it for me I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends Vinny was great all the mechanics are very capable and did a great job I bought from them has an 18 month warranty I’m not sure if the tires or not I’ll have to ask but I’m very satisfied with my experience and they went above and beyond to my Unique situation I encourage you all to give them a call before you give any dealership or any namebrand place they really have everything you need and you’re not gonna find a good price like that anywhere else or honesty thanks again Pima automotive pleasure doing business with you

Cadillac converter replacement
I tried Pima Automotive bc my mechanic that I have been going to for 8 years started taking way to long with my car and still not doing the repairs I paid for. It only took hours to do the work instead of days and the job looks good so far. I'm going to continue going to Pima Auto for all my mechanic work.
