Horrible service
Horrible service and smart ass advisor. Failed to diagnose a bad inhibitor switch on my 2013 Elantra I finally diagnosed it myself after the warranty expired. There was a TSB on this switch that they were aware of but never told me about. They refused to do a good will repair and charged $234. Recently the airbag light came on. They diagnosed it as a bad clockspring and quoted $400 to replace. Hyundai has a TSB on this item extending the warranty to 15 years. They never made me aware of this and were going to make me pay for what should have been a no charge. I have attempted to reach the service department lately but they will not answer and will not return calls. On Monday I purchased a new car. To be sure not from the Piazza organization.
