Bad customer service
The only reason I gave a 1 star review was because of Ethan, who was the first person we dealt with. He was polite, respectful and helped us a lot. Everything else went down hill. We paid cash for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid Limited...it did not come with floor mats and they would not throw a pair in. It said car came with a full tank of gas but it was a little over a quarter full. The paper signing for the car was rushed as it was almost closing time. We inspected the car after it was detailed and fount paint spot and black scrap marks on rear chrome on window. We were halfway home when we were called back to get the registration application they forgot to give us. I asked if they could mail it and was told...no. Just got a call today from Ethan (who again was polite and professional) and was told we needed to fill out registration forms again as they had only our Florida registration. I will never go there for any service due to all of these issues.
