Steering Rack & Pinion, Short Notice SAME DAY
I was in distress about a blown power steering module. I Googled as we all would, “Ali” picked up the phone and gave me the quote of a lifetime for the service I needed. Twenty minutes later upon arrival Ali overstayed his day at work just to ensure the Job done.
I’m familiar with the shop and all its bad past reviews but NOT ANYMORE!!!! Francois was my tech for the day and outside of the RACK & PINION I got the alignment to accompany the workload but they threw in and oil change and new windshield wipers. That’s entirely beyond the scope of work. Every mechanic was moving so fast, so knowledgeable on site and so happy to do their jobs I forgot I was in Miami in 2025. Don’t WASTE TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! GO TO Ali and the crew at Phoenix. I paid a fraction of the price on a 2k job. You can just tell the business is being ran with customer care 1st.
