Met my needs and beyond!
Was dealing with a Ford dealership. I had a X plan pin number that a friend set me up with to purchase a new Ford with. When I went to Homewood Ford and said I was an X- plan customer they didn't even Honor it. Even though on their window it says that they are X-plan provider. Homewood Ford only offered me $1,000 off of MSRP. Didn't even take the PIN number to show me what kind of deal I should be getting. I called Philips Hyundai to find if there was a specific vehicle on their lot. I talked with Dominic a sales rep there and he had two of the vehicles I was looking at. When all was said and done, I actually ended up receiving $4,000 off of MSRP. Dominic was very professional and I am yet to have my car service there. I am pretty sure that they're going to excel in their service department. Also. Can't wait to do further business with that. If you live in the area of Bourbonnais and are looking for a new vehicle. I suggest you would check them out. They are a Hyundai and also a Chevy dealership.

Engine failure
A big shout out to Bryce in Service Department (Hyundai). He is friendly, professional, polite and most of all on top of his game!!! A great asset to this dealership!!! Gentleman deserves recognition and a raise!!! My daughter goes to college very close to this dealership. Her car had a complete engine failure. I being her mom live in Pennsylvania. We had the car towed to this dealership. Everything was completely covered and done in a timely matter. It took a lot of stress off of me. I knew the car was in good hands!!! Bryce always kept me informed and always answered my questions!!! As soon as the engine was there he had a technician on it and it was done in 2 days!!! Remarkable!! So thankful again for all of Bryce’s hard work!!!! Even though I don’t live in Illinois, I would recommend this dealership!!!

Electrical problems
This is your typical dealership service department-lazy, slow, and expensive. I would recommend for warranty work only and even then……

I took my Genesis vehicle in for an electrical problem-not starting, no power generally. I felt the dealer would have the newest and best diagnostic abilities. The existing battery was of proper CCA and was four months old. In the month prior to taking the vehicle to the dealership, the battery had been tested five times, by three different facilities over four different testing instruments and only the dealership came back with a test showing the battery bad; the retailer who sold me that battery refused to honor the warranty as there was nothing wrong with it. So on calendar day 22 at the dealership, I got a new $500 battery and so far the car has started-so maybe. Slow-day 22 for the step that should have been day 1 or 2. Lazy-advanced diagnostics, I eventually got documentation showing a bad battery-which the retailer rejected and NO diagnostics on anything else-alternator? Expensive-the four month old battery cost $250 and that was the most I had ever spent on a battery, not to be out done-the dealership installed a $500 car battery.

The car has been out of the shop for a week and working; so technically they did their job, but the lack of general service-no communication, no urgency with someone’s ride to work, three weeks of sitting on the lot-I had to clean the windows prior to safely driving off-a car wash would have been nice.

I purchased a new Hyundai that comes with complimentary service, this will be a last-resort facility for me in the future, leaving me a service concern for the new vehicle.

I was highly satisfied and very impressed as I entered the Service Area for my car. I was welcomed by ANTONIO, who then shared with me the process. They had morning coffee ready for me to enjoy, which I did! I was told it would take approx one hour — and they were right on time. Made my day!

Perfect Experience
Buying a first car can be scary, especially a new car. But my salesman Dominic Difoggio, was AMAZING! He was honest, answered any and all of the silly or stupid questions I had, and did a great job walking through everything with me! Buying a car is always talked bad about, but this dealership and salesman has changed my mind. I definitely recommend this dealership to all, and recommend Dominic Difoggio for his amazing work!
