Everyone was super friendly. The communication throughout the process was amazing. Our vehicle was finished earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise.
The people that you encounter at the Phil Long Collision Center were great! Because we were able to drive the car until the needed parts were available, we were without the car only a short time. Once in the shop for repair, we were informed regularly as to where the car was in the repair and paint process. When everything was completed, we received a call from the representative handling our repairs explaining that the car was ready for pick up. We were very pleased with the appearance of the car. Not only was it repaired but it looked clean inside and out and actually had a 'new car' smell when we got in to drive it home.
