I would not give this lady any stars! My daughter wanted to adopt a puppy from her a few months ago. This lady asked my daughter how old I was and when she told her I was 59, she had the audacity to ask my daughter how I was going to deal with taking care of a puppy at my age???!!! Lady, I am now 60 and look way younger than you!! I am not immobile, I work every day in one of the hardest and most strenuous jobs there is which is housekeeping! I do not need anyone to help me get to our 2nd floor apartment, I do everything for myself! How dare you assume that I would NOT be able to take care of a pet!! You never even laid your eyes on me!! I could have reported this as age discrimination! You had no right to talk to my daughter the way you did and judge me without seeing me face to face!!!! I usually stay quiet when others speak unnecessary things about me, but this was just uncalled for!!!! You should have asked my daughter to bring me by so you could see me for yourself if you were doubtful!!! Yet, you didn't and you did not give us the opportunity to adopt just because of my age at that time!!! Very unprofessional of you and discriminatory!!! And had the nerve to tell my daughter we couldn't afford to adopt her pets???!!!!! What a rude business lady!!!!!
