Dropped vehicle off after hours, followed all instructions to park in designated spot across from their door, left note and keys in lock box. Went on vacation came back and they had no idea where my vehicle was??? They claim they never saw it sitting in their lot, it was towed. Did they call me when they saw my keys and note in their lock box to ask where the vehicle was. Absolutely not!!! How ignorant.
