Very unhappy with the price! I waited 1.5 hours for about 20 minutes of work because the parts weren’t there, Total parts cost was 33.17, Total bill was 199.54, I had to pay for setting in there lobby for only about 20 minutes of work and pay full labor price!

We understand your frustration regarding the wait time and perceived value of the service provided. After initial diagnosis there was some wait time for parts, but we assure you we did not charge you for the wait time for the parts. The labor time was an hour in total due to connecting the new wire and heat shrinking the wires, which should all be listed out on your invoice. We also had to install a new marker bulb for your headlight. We are sorry that you had this experience and if you would like to discuss it further, please give us a call at 515-262-8558.
