Janice said the business has conscientious and attentive employees. They do not pressure the customers, they take time to explain the process and are always very informative.
Steve said he went to this business for an exhaust install and for some aftermarket springs. While he was there they told him his struts were blown. He just bought the vehicle, so he goes to the facility that sold him the vehicle. Where they told him the struts were fine, and they were not even leaking. This business told him the struts were saturated in oil, but he looked in the owners manual and it said his vehicle was a magnetic electric ride. So he would have gotten an alert if something was wrong. He also noted they quoted him $650 per quarter, and he looked online and they were nowhere near that price. He does not know if they were trying to up sell him or if they were looking at a different source. Since he does not have all of his information together, he would not recommend this business to other people.
I originally brought my car in as I was told by another service company that I needed a rack & pinion. Much to my surprise I received a call that I didn't need one! Performance Auto could have very easily done as I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. I truly am grateful for their honesty. I have recommended Performance Auto to several of my coworkers as this isn't the first time they were there for me when I needed them!
