I realize these are not new cars. However, all that
is done is a “safety” inspection and Emissions by their own shop. I would urge anyone interested in any of these vehicles to take it elsewhere to be checked out.
Major issues found and also brakes that were less than half good, and tires older than the vehicle itself. I could have and would have replaced the tires & brakes, but the more major issues were a couple thousand dollars to repair and would have led to worse problems if not noticed and repaired. Pennells was not willing to do the work and they have their own repair shop! They will just sell the vehicle to someone who doesn’t get it checked out. They also try to talk you out of getting an Inspection, saying that their shop already did one!
