Great Experience
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my presence was acknowledged when I walked in the door.
I appreciated that there was no background noise of music being played or that a TV screen was competing for my attention. I had to wait while my vehicle was being serviced and the lobby was clean, quiet, and warm as it was cold outside with snow.
The work was completed in a reasonable time and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.
It was a pleasure to be treated respectfully.
