Excellent Service
My low tire pressure icon lit up on dashboard. I went to Pelle’s thinking my tires just needed air but, it seems there was a screw lodged in tire. The crew immediately took care of situation and patched tire. All systems go now. The diagnosis and service were
prompt, cheerful and expedient. I am thankful to have Pelle’s as my service center.

Pelle’s provides excellent honest service
We’ve taken our cars to Pelle’s for service for several years now at the advice of my brother-in-law, after experiencing the “nickel and diming” of the auto service we had been using. No such thing at Pelle’s. Charlie and his people are honest and upfront, never any surprises or mysteries when it comes to repairs or service items or their cost. Not overpriced. I highly recommend this business.

Great Shop!
We’ve taken quite a few cars over the years to Charlie and his crew. Never a problem. Zero. We have shops all over the place where I live, but we drive further to get our cars to his place. Nice not to have to wonder whether your cars are properly diagnosed and properly repaired these days. I wish I could tell you how he and his staff reacts to complaints and what not, but I’ve never had the slightest problem with any of the work done. Trustworthy, excellent staff, excellent work, just a well run business with cool, knowledgeable, helpful people. Highly highly recommended.

The Best
Pelle Automotive is above all, trustworthy. Needed work is done expertly, there is no unneeded work done. If work is needed that was not planned on, they will contact you before proceeding. I have been going to Pelle's for about 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

My son recommended Pelle for maintaining my car. I brought my car in for inspection and an oil change. I was given an appointment within days of my call. I waited for my car and was very pleased by the efficiency of my visit. It was nice to meet the guys at Pelle. Thanks to Charlie for getting me in and out so quickly. The cost of the service was fair. I will return.

Quick and friendly
Pelle was able to get me an appointment 2 days after I called, and had my car ready before the agreed upon time. They were very responsive to phone calls. All interactions were friendly. They even were able to squeeze in a second service because they had a cancellation. All around great service.
