Awesome advice, guidance and phenomenal customer service!
Josh with PDR Automotive is truly a professional and expert in every sense of the word. I called right before the Christmas holiday, not knowing or expecting to get service so quickly. As I explained my problem over the phone, he immediately knew what the likely issue was, and found time to squeeze my vehicle in before the holiday so that my family wouldn't be cramped with only having one vehicle during the holiday season. His technicians are some of the best in the area, and he treats all of his customers with kindness and respect while also teaching and giving advice about maintenance for their vehicles to prevent similar problems in the future. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they also don't gouge their clients, and why would you want to go to the cheapest mechanic anyways if you have to sacrifice professionalism and/or vehicle knowledge? I can't recommend PDR automotive highly enough. If you have a Ford or Lincoln vehicle (and others) you're missing out if you haven't worked with them already.
