Absolutely worst experience. I moved to the area and was looking for a reputable auto body shop. My car had no transmission fluid and had a low battery they claimed (keep in mind you'll commit to bringing your car there but do not include there is a $163 diagnostic fee)- I trusted them and allowed them to do $2,400 in labor (keep in mind the invoice does not include labor in the total when you receive- so look out for that). The first day I drove the car after getting it back, the car stalled and I had to get it towed back to the repair shop. I HAD TO CALL 2 days later to figure out what was going on with my car and they told me they ran the code (keep in mind when I brought the car there, there was no check engine light but it was stored in the history- why wasnt that done the first time) and the transmission was going. They let me know it would be $5700, then tried to tell me I should invest in getting my transmission replaced to increase the car value. Before knowing the issues my car was priced at $1700 based on year and age- simple commuter car -2014 but a subaru which is reliable (mileage wasnt outstanding). When I decided to pick up the car, the manager asked me why I was not allowing the work and I let him know I found it weird that after receiving my car and driving it for 30 minute the car started having even worse issues. He contradicted himself, let me know that they did a test drive AFTER they fixed the car (the issues with my car happened almost instantly after I drove it after I picked it up) and thats why they couldnt tell if there was issues. He then asked for $163 for a diagnostic fee which was ridiculous (once again they dont tell you this). Long story short- bringing my car there cost me $10,400 (cost of rentals for 3 weeks, the worst that was a waste of time and the downpayment on a new car). They harass you for reviews after you get the work done, so please be aware and shop around. This is a sales driven repair shop.
UPDATE: THEY JUST CALLED ME ASKING TO PICK UP MY CAR.... IT HASNT BEEN THERE FOR WEEKS/ NOW I QUESTION EVERY PART OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED- DID THEY EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT CAR?!?!?
