Very thorough shop
I have never been treated so pleasantly in a shop. They made sure I felt included every step of the way. They educated me on what different parts of my vehicle did and how they work together without making me feel incompetent. They did an inspection that showed what was most important to get taken care of and other minor things that I would be needing done later on in the future. Their pricing is very fair and straightforward. They didn’t do any work unless it is approved by me! Derek was very efficient with keeping me updated. I will be recommending them from this point forward. Thank you Pat’s Auto Repair. You definitely made me feel like I was part of the family!
