They do not respect combat veterans like me. I had transmission issues, and it was taken to that place. They had my truck for 3 weeks, and during that time the person who was originally repairing it quit, they told me it was repaired but was having troubles shifting , and when we asked for them to fix it they kept it for an additional week. I had my truck back for 24 hours and started having issues with my transmission again. I had to pay for the tow to that shop, and instead of saying they would look at it they started arguing that it was fixed and nothing was wrong. We talked them into looking at it, and they did not fix the wiring harness (part of the transmission). At that that point they did not admit they did anything wrong just stated that they don’t look at everything regarding the transmission when fixing the transmission. The owner is a pompous jerk, and his employees are a bunch of clowns. Use at your own peril.

Expensive work done, No fix oil leak.
Incomplete work. Do not take your car to a transmission place to have other mechanical work done. Car was brought back twice to fix multiple oil leaks after the repair. Car sat all day, then told it was loose drain plug. Also told there is no such thing as an appointment you just wait? Maybe they just fix transmissions???

Bad transmission job
So he had my truck for over 2 weeks it came out worse than what it was ,dented up my side step bar messed up my cruise control and AC I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else for any type of work

Fair and honest shop
I go to Patriot's for all my automotive needs. They are a fair and honest shop. I highly recommend them.

quality work aint cheap and cheap work aint quality
these guys are awesome. i like ro keep my business local . ive tried some shops around aj that claim to be cheaper lol. well when you have to return to the same shop because repairs arent diagnosed or fixed correctly . its a hassle and cost even more in the long run . if you want it DONE right .patriot will do just that theyre good at getting it done and most iportantly GETTING IT DONE RIGHT.

incomplete repair job
Cannot recommend this repair shop. After repairs for oil leak, still had leak. Returned to have them tell me another leak was found, the new repair was a large sum to repair. Took the car to two other reputable repair shops, both shops concluded that the original repair was incomplete. One of which repaired the car correctly. After asking several auto related stores around town, it was discovered this shop has a bad reputation. They have been reported to channel 3 "on your side" reporters in the past. Also have complaints to the BBB.
