Very Bad Service!
This is the worst experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. The very first car they ever sold us was one that had deployed air bags, but were never fixed. They assured us the car went through a 40 point inspection, somehow they missed the hole in the lower part of the dash on divers side and the yellow tether strap hanging down indicating air bags had been deployed, but never replaced. We took the car back against our better judgment bought another one. A brand new one at that. We began to notice the heater was not working blowing lukewarm air at best. We took it back they assured us there was nothing wrong with it. Then check engine light came on, all of this happens approximately less than a year after purchase, we had it diagnosed came back with a code of P2181 indicating something wrong with cooling system. Took the car in, it was suggested they check the thermostat, they said it was a recall they “fixed” the problem and should have no more problems. Never running their own diagnostic test. About 2 weeks or so later check engine light comes on. We have it diagnosed again, getting the same came and again suggesting to check the thermostat. We call they say bring it in it will take about an hour to fix. Nearly 4 hours later we are on our way home! It is extremely frustrating to have to go back multiple times to fix this problem. This place is VERY lacking in communication. No one communicates with anyone. It is evident by the fact when you take your car in for a 1 hour fix, and the ones working on said vehicle says I really don’t know why they tell customers that. Very poor service! I would never recommend to anyone.
