Customer for life
Jake Molder was amazing. I had so much anxiety about car buying I was considering purchasing through an online service just so I didn't have to deal with a sales person and I am so glad I didn't. Nothing beats the personalized customer service I experienced with Jake. Not only did Jake get me in the perfect car, (2020 Nissan Pathfinder) he also helped my mother get her perfect car (2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited) the same day. Jake was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the guess work and anxiety out of car buying. Jake even went a picked my car up from another dealership without me being sure I was going to buy it. He answered every question we had and just made the whole process easy and stress free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle and I will definitely return to him for my next purchase. His customer service skills are wonderful and I know if I have any questions or concerns I can go back to him for help. I can't thank him enough for this wonderful experience.
